A Legacy of Grantmaking
The Vermont Women's Fund harnesses the collective power of giving to promote leadership, equality, self-sufficiency, and philanthropy for Vermont women and girls.
In thirteen years of grantmaking the VWF has awarded over $1.1 million to 129 organizations statewide, working to ensure that all women and girls realize their potential and building vital communities throughout the state.
Our grants are made from a $2 million endowment built by more than 1,000 Vermonters. These grants help women and girls move out of poverty, establish safe relationships, choose healthy behaviors, build financial management skills, master non-traditional occupations, and much, much more.
